You head Legafrik, a digital company focused on developing an innovative offering of digital legal services. Can you introduce yourself to our readers?

I'm Youssouf Ballo, CEO and co-founder of Legafrik. Before co-founding Legafrik, I worked as a lawyer in a law firm and then in the georgia mobile database department of a technology company in France.

What need does Legafrik meet?
Legafrik simplifies the lives of entrepreneurs by allowing them to create their businesses online in just a few clicks, modify their company's bylaws, approve their accounts and financial statements, and initiate debt collection procedures. It works as follows: the user goes to Legafrik.com, indicates the formality they wish to complete (create a company, for example), and completes a dynamic questionnaire in just a few minutes. Their responses are added to a legal database.

Its personalized documents are generated in Word and PDF formats. Legal experts and formalists handle all administrative, legal, and tax formalities. Legafrik operates in five countries: Ivory Coast, Senegal, Togo, Burkina Faso, and Benin, with approximately fifty employees.
