Because the same information can be treated differently, particularly depending on the political leanings of the media and their journalists, Google is integrating an About This Author section into its About This Result module. With this section, the Mountain View firm aims to allow you to learn more about the authors behind this information. However, this feature will only be available, at least for now, for results in English.
Additionally, when you enter a website URL into the search engine, Google will now automatically display an "About" carousel at the top of the results, which will compile information about the site you're searching for.
